People working at the window for very rude to us taking our order outside she seemed like she didn't care if you ordered or not get around to the window you practically pushed us our drinks gave us our meal very rude talking to my wife about our order and then my wife wasn't through talking to her and she shut the window my wife got out and knocked on the window and she said what do you need now we live in Cove but I think we'll drive to mena next time.
Wasn't crowded, got prompt service and order was QUICK to deliver.Hot and delightful.Friendly Staff kept facility clean.KFC Sauce, for dipping tenders, is similar to big Mac sauce...but more pepper and zing.

lol... well, to start is has the atmosphere of a Kentucky Fried Chicken. The food was just exactly what you would expect.What this store has going for it is the employees. They were super nice, incredibly happy and very efficient. They went above and beyond to be friendly and I even noticed how they would call all the regulars by name.What a great place!
