Walked into a floor that felt greasy and slippery, bad odor, dirty tables, dirty bathroom, broken glass doors, so we walked right back out. I guess this is why we were the only customers there. I don't normally write a bad review, but this is unacceptable. Hope this place gets fixed and cleaned up.

The food was okay would have given more but the drinks were limited to sour sweet tea, the manager was short and rude to us. Yes we paid, yes we ate the food but everything like the bathroom was bad and there was a broken table, a broken glass door. This place needs new management. God forbid you spend 40$ and ask for sauce.

Manager lady took our order was very short with us and was rude . I wanted something other than fries for my side . She said that’s what it comes with. Needless to say those soggy fries had been there all day and after she threw one at the guy in the back she put them with my order . I wanted sweet n low , and she said ain’t it out there and I said no , then she said then we don’t have any ! Real rude . My chicken tenders were real dark and hard as a rock . My wife ordered a bowl and the nuggets on there were the same . This place is terrible, the food is terrible, and the manager is terrible ! If there was less than 1 star I would put that . The owners must not read the reviews !!! We checked reviews afterwards and it was straight 1 stars all saying the same thing .We left the food on the table and lost $20 . Please do yourself a favor and close this place !!!

We've been on the road for almost 24 hours and we needed to grab something quick to feed our son. We stopped here and the service was absolutely terrible. They were very short with us, rude as could be, acting like we were such an inconvenience because they wanted to close down 20 minutes before their actual closing time. Definitely would not recommend, take your money elsewhere.

Wish I could give zero stars. Most hateful rude employees ever. No one in the restaurant when we came in and both employees sitting at table on their phones. Stood at register for 5 minutes be they decided to get up and wait on me. When ordering she can't hollering is that it? When trying to finish my order she said you want another drink on top of what ordered? I replied yes, she said it 2 more times before finally letting me order. Out of Dr. Pepper when ask if they had any in back she said...nope. Tossed me my sack, that's right, tossed and that was it. Rudest customer service by far!!!

I rarely write bad reviews, but I’ve never been been treated so rudely at any food place. I’m the only person in line (approximately 10 minutes) and an employee walks by and says “it’s going to be awhile.” I asked how long is awhile and she rudely says “ how ever long it takes me to do what I’m doing.” I can’t rate the food since it was obvious this KFC didn’t want to serve me. I love KFC, but I will never be back to this one.
