Absolutely depressing. Ordered sweet teas at the speaker and was not greeted with cheerfulness but the most depressing monotones ever. Get to the window and the women with braids (pink and black braids) couldnât even crack a smile or a hello how are you. 2nd window lady couldnât even acknowledge our presence. Absolutely horrible service and so depressing. Will not be back again

DEQUEEN, AR...Ordered 10 minutes ahead on mobile app, went through drive thru and was given drinks and told to pull in to pick up spot 1 to wait for our food. After 40 minutes and numerous others getting their drive thru order I decided to go in and find out what was taking sooooo long. They saw me at the counter waiting and just went back to what they were doing, until one lady finally asked if she could help me. Turns out they didn't even know we were still waiting. When I say they threw our food together in a bag, I'm not kidding. Not only were we still missing a third of the order but the fries were all over the bottom of the bag. There's always something wrong at this McDonald's.

August 22nd 2025 the incompetence at the counter is mind-boggling... Every other time I order a value meal for $5 they screw up and charge me more than the five dollars. Always trying to upsell even though I did not ask and they did not ask me to. With tax it should be 5.53

I'm a little confused...this place is normally ok. However, tonight, a Saturday, this almost empty, fast food place was so short handed, that it took exactly 1 hour to get our food . It's the only complaint that I have

I was trapped in the drive through for about ten minutes, because of the bad design. Then, the frozen coke I ordered was delivered but it was terrible due to the mix being clogged I assume it was just a malfunction, but the two workers who attempted to get me my one item were very rude to me, so I decided not to bother complaining to the staff. I get it, it was a hot day and you were slammed. But donât take it out on the people who are trapped in the drive through.

I will admit that i have always liked McDonaldâs spicy chicken sandwich and apple pies but when it comes to this particular locationâŠ..it definitely ranks in my top 3 worst locations that I have visited in the USA. They are exceptionally slow, always mix up my order or many times donât have apple pies. Not to mention, their attitudes stick.
We went drive through. You know fast food and all. Ordered 2 burgers with fries. We waited to pay for over 3 minutes at the first window. No biggie. We were then asked to pull up at the second window. We politely denied pulling up as they said our food was only 2 minutes from being done. After we denied to pull up the manager came out. Politely asked us to pull up and our food only had a minute left. Nobody that ordered behind us had a ready order so we politely denied. Had our food service without a smile and no thank you. No option to donate to the Ronald McDonald's foundation. I understand they have a time limit. I can't tell you how many times iv pulled up and waited 10+ minutes. At this location. Disappointed in the service and care for the job overall from the employees. It's no longer about the customer.

Ask for a sausage egg and cheese bagel. I was given some type of sausage egg and cheese bun?? And the bun was upside down anyways. Will not ever be visiting this McDonald's again. They wait last minute to display what you ordered on screen, and the person didn't even repeat the order back to us, therefore i couldn't catch THIER mistake. Poor service.
