Our family ordered 4 Bacon MC doubles, two Chicken nuggets and fries. We got three single patties that tasted like shoe leather, one burger just had Bacon no meat. Nuggets was dry and hard, fries were old. I didn't even want to leave one star, will never order from this restaurant again. Food is handed out to customers that my dog wouldn't eat.

This place is a joke the food is ok but the service is ridiculous! I don’t know if they are short handed or what but I waited 30minutes while my drink sat beside theWindow getting watered down. The girl at the second window kept going out into the lobby talking to friends. I guess good help is hard to find… smh

This McDonalds is hands down the worst. They sell old food, unmelted cheese on burgers and are always parking you to wait. Don’t get me started on the egg shells in the eggs. This store needs major help and new management.

On Feb 25, 2024 We ordered two sausage egg mc griddle and two hash browns at 10 am and finally got our order at 11:12 am and the only person that was trying to actually help customers was Rance and was apologizing and they had several people waiting over an hour and Rance was the only one going back and forth trying to make sure people are taken care of the best he could. The manager didn't even apologize or treat customers as well as Rance did.
As I said before, I have the hots for the manager there. Good Lord she could cook me a Big Mac any day.

There were no lids for cups. Drinks all were flat. No ketchup, either. The dining room was nasty. None of the tables had been wiped down, and there was trash all over the place. Someone spilled a drink in the lobby, and all the employees did was put a wet floor sign by it. All this and the employees were standing around talking to each other.
