Don't visit here very often. On our trip there on May 1 We used the mobile app for our order. Paid and picked up our our order. Got home and one of our burgers Didn't even have a hamburger pattie!. Two pieces of bread cheese pickles and extra bacon. No burger I don't think I will be going back anytime soon. Just saying. Do a double check on the order before you deliver it to the customer. I know that it's busy and chaotic at times but people pay attention to what you do

Ordered our food and they brought the wrong drinks out not once but twice. Didn’t even get all of our food after the 4th attempt of them coming back and fourth to us. Just gave up and left. Terrible service and experience.
In case you didn't know Sonic had an iced coffee that is marvelous! French Vanilla Iced coffee with a shot of Carmel. Never disappoints me!!❤️

Milkshake was melted when they finally brought it and the coke we ordered was watered down from ice melting. No one answered when pressed button to address issue and didn't have time to wait any longer after already waiting 20 minuted for the coke and shake.

They can't get an order right. I can't eat Mayo and told the lady not to put it on my cheeseburger, but she kept repeating that i wanted it. Finally she came out to me and I told her 3 more time not to put it on. When I got home they'd just soaked the whole cheeseburger with it. I want be eating there anymore.

The last 3 trips here I'll check in with the app and within a couple minutes it'll clear off the screen. I'll have to hit the button and then by the time they bring out my order the food is cold, the drinks are watered down and the shakes are melted and liquid.
