Ordered our food and they brought the wrong drinks out not once but twice. Didn’t even get all of our food after the 4th attempt of them coming back and fourth to us. Just gave up and left. Terrible service and experience.

Milkshake was melted when they finally brought it and the coke we ordered was watered down from ice melting. No one answered when pressed button to address issue and didn't have time to wait any longer after already waiting 20 minuted for the coke and shake.

They can't get an order right. I can't eat Mayo and told the lady not to put it on my cheeseburger, but she kept repeating that i wanted it. Finally she came out to me and I told her 3 more time not to put it on. When I got home they'd just soaked the whole cheeseburger with it. I want be eating there anymore.

The last 3 trips here I'll check in with the app and within a couple minutes it'll clear off the screen. I'll have to hit the button and then by the time they bring out my order the food is cold, the drinks are watered down and the shakes are melted and liquid.

If you can't make the drink properly, then tell the customer. Don't bring out some nasty sh!t with half of the ingredients. Waste of time and money. Also, put a smile on your face when you get a tip. Gross. Never again.

I knew better than go to a nasty Sonic but my grandson wanted the nasty food. They screwed me out of 13.00 when I asked for small they charged me medium. I gave the girl 100.00 & 10 min.later my food is cold & still waiting for my change. I hit the red button to ask where my change was, the girl said "can I help you"? Yeah I want my change & now my food is cold & you over charged me. The girl finally brought my change & didn't apologize. I threw the food in the trash so I wouldn't get sick.

Some extremely wonderful variety of personalities for the daytime workers I can definitely say great busy fast friendly kind and patient customer service workers I just absolutely love day time service support from carhop and the grill and fountain all together
