Custom service was great but food is horrible. I ordered a chocolate milkshake, it was vanilla ice cream with imitation chocolate syrup. No flavor, just sweet. I also got an order of mozzarella cheese sticks, also no flavor. Feed both items to the dogs. The manager offered to make it right, but I don't even want it. This isn't the people who work there fault but sonics. They lost my business for life. Should have wiped my butt with that $12. At least I would have got some use out of it.

Wish I could give 0 stars, the Dequeen sonic is constantly horrible, usually it takes 20 minutes for 2 drinks even if you've placed a mobile order. Then half the time something is wrong in your order.

I ordered a Sonic Aloha Polynesian Punch Slush & it was absolutely nasty!! It taste like it has too much ingredients or too much Iron. Harsh flavored Polynesian Punch SlushParking: The screens out on the pole to place our orders on are ridiculous. It never fails when I pull into a stall, it’s completely out. Then I’ll pull over to the next stall , and the speaker is not working. Something needs to be done. Sonic is my FAV!! Plz don’t let me down!!

My onion rings were huge!! But they were so good ?
This sonic is a hit or miss. Most of the time it's more miss! I ordered $60 worth of food. It was a rather large but not very complicated order. I had to send the carhop back 3 times because stuff was missing or wrong. I had a chocolate shake, with no chocolate, ordered a large popcorn chicken with cheese, got a small popcorn chicken with no cheese. Sent it back and when I got home realized the popcorn chicken was cold. Only warm thing was the half melted cheese. Absolutely ridiculous and absolutely the last dime I'll spend at this restaurant.
