We had breakfast there. Order was taken promptly and food came promptly and correct. . Service was very good. Our waitress was swamped, but the other waitresses helped out. Breakfast was awesome. I had an omelette and my wife had a breakfast burrito. Both were outstanding. Our waitress had a great attitude and made the experience complete. The restaurant was spotless, very clean. It’s kind of a place where the locals eat.
If you are in Dequeen for a stay or just passing through; This is the place to stop for a meal. A great menu to suit the palate. Friendly people and wonderful atmosphere with good prices.
I called ahead to see if they were open because Trip Advisor said they were closed. I am glad I did because the service was very good. Don't get turned away based on the outside appearance because it's a little faded. The inside is clean and homey. We ordered the small catfish (2 pieces) dinner. There was plenty of extras that came with it so I guarantee you will not leave hungry. If you are in the area give them a try.
