If the fries were gonna be cold and stale, least they coulda done was season em. And why yall letting workers that handle food/drinks have their hair completely down. Hair was sticking to my sisters drink. Unsanitary. Went through 11-25 around 11:50pm, yall needa check yalls cams.

Since this establishment opened it has been worthless. Can't get good food, orders are always wrong, as far as service I don't think this place is aware of what that means.

The people on the evening shift drive-thru are not helpful at all and are very rude. I went and we asked if they had quesadillas and they said that the tortilla press was down and we asked if they had cheese fries and they said they had no cheese, and we asked if there was any way we could get the fries by themselves and they said the deep fryer is broken and they said they only had water and taco shells but said 'we're out of beef, lettuce, tomato, cheese and onion.'

Went through a couple times around 12:25 and they closed early. Friday night (10/25/24) is one of the dates. I couldn’t get an answer out of him as to why he closed early, he was just stuttering. And almost every time when they aren’t “closed” they claimed they’re out of everything. Again it’s always around the last hour they’re open. I know some food business want to close early so they can leave early, but 35 minutes early is a bit much. Besides, the next day they always have the things they claim they’re out of.
Not to mention the night service is TERRIBLE. It’s always this one younger dude that has a horrible attitude. Don’t recommend going to DeQueen Tacobell at nighttime.
