This is my favorite place to eat in Des Arc! You get great choices to pick on a sandwich. 6in or foot long (12in), it's always a great place to eat

My family members are on a serious egg salad kick. No, they don't have that here. They do make a mean turkey or seafood (or rb, meatball, or ham etc etc) sandwich, though. Love that chipotle sauce.

When they toasted the sandwiches they did not even get warm and the food was completely tasteless. Makes me never want to eat at Subway again. Subway used to have good food.

Right off HW 49. The parking lot is a weird shape and I can see that if they were busy, parking could be a problem. Clean place. The man there, blocked the ice machine putting 6 bags of ice in the machine, and wasn't interested in moving. I read other reviews about his attitude, that isn't very businesslike. Beside that, the woman, probably his wife, provided fast service and a good sandwich. Their little girl was there and she was pretty cute. The ingredients looked fresh. I can overlook the ice machine episode this time, if something happens again, I will contact Subway.

Stopped here while passing through on a road trip. No provalone cheese, didn't wrap the sandwiches, and wouldn't give a small cup for water for my toddler. Also had very few options for chips.

Travelling back from Branson to Baton Rouge. We stopped here to eat. I didn't want to eat here, but I was out numbered. As we stepped in the door we were first greeted by a sign "Cash only. No credit/debit cards". Then they were out of mozzarella cheese and provolone wasn't even an option. Then at the check out there was another sign that said "We no longer supply water cups". I was soooo mad!! It was obvious these Indian people were more worried about saving $$$$ than customer service. Their business practices are back firing on them! I just want to be compensated for the poor food/service I received. Obviously, re-visiting that same Subway isn't happening. And, I think Subway Corporate need to send in a "secret shopper" or someone from corporate to experience it for themselves. Then I went on Yelp and found similar negative posts.

Under new management, and now waaay better than before. Customer service has greatly improved, as has food quality. Would recommend trying it again, if you had a bad experience under the previous management like I had.
