The food is terrific. Good portions, and piping hot when we were served. The atmosphere is exactly as you would want a restaurant to be. Friendly faces, and great staff, and owners.
Pier 27 is a hidden gem. Service is always good. Food is very good. Fish and shrimp are excellent. Many entrees for $15. Meals come with complementary gumbo or beans or both and hush puppies. We usually spend about $20 per person, and leave full and happy.
Husband's class reunion - small group - service was great, food was great! All the staff was friendly. No complaints from us at all. The staff even took pictures for us even though they were busy.
