Did an app order that was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. I always give an extra 10-15 just in case. Show up to get my order only for them to tell me that they were out of bread and it would be another 20min (at this point, it's been 45min since I originally ordered). Finally, I received my order at 442 (1hr and 10min) later.

The girl that made our food seemed like she didn't want to be there. She rolled her eyes several times at me. When I asked for a pepperoni pizza for my 3Yo she put the sauce on top of the pepperonis and no cheese so I had to ask for cheese after it was toasted. She put little to no veggies on our sandwiches and I had to ask her to put more. And then the vinaigrette on my sandwiches was only on half of it. The other half was dry. When I asked for a big bag to carry everything to my car, she handed me a bag and walked away so I had to bag my own food..

Ok so now that I am not working there anymore I can post this and I ask that you please take time and read this I loved working there the employees are great and this message is to future customers of dover subway yes some times the employees are having a bad day but you have an opportunity to make their day while they make your sandwich just start a conversation and try and be up even if you are having a bad day yourself go into the store a different person give the employee a chance try and talk to them they will talk back when working there there was nothing I loved more than talking to customers they always seemed to brighten my day and if they make a mistake just ask them about it they will do everything in their power to help you all it takes is one kind act and you will get a kind act in return don’t be outright rude to them that doesn’t help anything just have fun at dover subway hey you never know you might just have the best subway experience every

It's a hassle calling in an order. Most of the time they don't even bother to answer the phone. There's only a few employees that are polite & actually prepare the food correctly. Several of them slap the sandwiches together sloppily.
