It's a hassle calling in an order. Most of the time they don't even bother to answer the phone. There's only a few employees that are polite & actually prepare the food correctly. Several of them slap the sandwiches together sloppily.

Dover Rocks...delicious food...sandwiches are rockin'...from meatballs, to turkey ? which is gobblicious ...the tuna is terrific..And oh so nutritious...but buy in town... can't be beat for lunch or dinner...oh what a treat...thanks Laura and the Saturday Team :) M

My husband and I ordered 3 sandwiches. Each sandwich was perfectly made. The young man who took our order, John, was absolutely wonderful. He was efficient, knowledgeable, kind, motivated, and professional. Usually when kids work alone, I dread using the business. John was so good he changed my mind! Dover Subway is AWESOME!!!

The 2 male workers tonight were high as kites. My sandwich had part of 1 slice of roast beef on a 6” there was so much mustard I had to scrape off my toppings to attempt to make the sandwich edible. It was too late by the time I got home to go back and have it fixed. I will not be eating here again.

We literally came in from a volleyball game was in there at 8:45 and and we stood in line with other people we had 6 people with us in line young girls hungry from playing ball games total people was 9 , The boy that was making the sandwiches milked making two sandwiches for the other people and then it became 9 o’clock he said we are closed we will serve no one and told us we needed to leave ! We was Very disappointed if you’re in there at 8:59 or 858 you should be served

Friendly workers, very personable. They just need to be taught how to actually build those sandwiches properly. All my meat was shoved into the fold of the bread so I had to shove the entirety of the sandwich into my mouth to get a taste of meat and condiments and veg. The meat shouldve been placed on the bottom part lf the bread and all topping and condiments added to the top of that. Other than that it was made how i asked and they were very polite. Even got a new recommendation for a band Id never heard of. A bit pricey but hey it is subway
