Absolutely phenomenal place, and I should have written this review a lot sooner. I've been eating here for close to two decades at this point, and I was originally a bit worried when new owners took over because I hate change, BUT I my worry was completely unfounded. As impossible as it is to believe the service is better than ever, food is better than ever, and just the general atmosphere is better than ever.

We ate the lunch special, which was meatloaf, mashed potatoes, white beans, and a roll. It was absolutely amazing. You could tell with every bite that it was made from scratch with lots of love. We will definitely go back. And their prices were amazing. $8.95 for the special.

They allowed a customer to carry a dog in and sat on the guys chest in his shirt the dog probably was about 12 pounds. Not good. I wouldn't go back I don't care how good the food is.
