Does yalls system not tell yall when condiments are ordered with food? I swear... 9/10 times I order here, I never get my condiments. Example... marinara... It's rare I ever get the marinara that I order with my cheese sticks. I know reading levels are down in the US... but this is getting ridiculous.

This is the WORST Sonic location. I've given them multiple chances, and it takes 20+ minutes for them to deliver an order that's usually made wrong anyway. I won't be back again.

Order was wrong, no dipping sauces when I asked for them while ordering( even on the receipt),no straws with two drinks, no fork with a footling chili cheese coney. Will not be back. Number one reason why I can't stand fast food.

It’s a sonic. You may or may not get your order correct the first time, but they always try to make it right.
Always out th' frame busy, but the store runs well, it always delivers better than expected food, and the employees seem eager and able to help.

Asked the car hop what was the tangy smash sauce was, her reply was " I don't know i don't eat here much, maybe something tangy". Then she did offer to get me a sample. I had to ask for my receipt, she went back to get it, 10 min later I just left.

Absolutely horrible service!!! The most disrespectful people I have ever run into at a Sonic. The level of rudeness was shocking. Even asked to talk to the store manager, and the extremely rude teenage girl lied and said he was the store manager as she ran inside.
