I ordered 1 oreo blast. Took 20 mins to get it. Halfway home, which is 3 miles, I seen it was already melted. Wasn't even busy. This is the second time this location has done something like this to me. I even tipped her $2.75 on a $6.25 shake. I will return to sonic but, never to this location.

Definitely great place to go! But the only exception to the 5 starts is the occasional wait time. Don't go if you're in a hurry because it want take some time as the place is very popular and usually pretty busy!

Ordered on line and some how they still got my order wrong😳😟and apparently the smash burgers are leaving a crust on the grill which ended up in my burger cold hard fries no ketchup for them (which I ordered) and no sauce for the chicken bites (I also ordered). I ordered it figured it would be right. Question—-How could you not get it right? I give up on this place I’ve given them so many chances. I’m done with this Sonic.

I go there several times a week for a cherry limeade and more times than not they don’t put in the lime or cherry and today they overcharged me and when I called to let them know they put me on hold and never came back on and left the phone off the hook so I couldn’t call back

Angel the cashier is extremely rude and needs an attitude check. Told me it would be tomorrow before i got my food because i simply asked if i was getting it after they cleared the order from the screen and i had to wait 15 min.

They need to get it together at the Hensley Arkansas location I've been going there for years now an here lately orders are always wrong an or missing something I've paid for or even after I do a online order I get there to pick it up an still have to wait another 15 minutes then why use the app to make it faster when it's not ....they just need to get it together or I want be going back an several of my friends has noticed the difference in that location an has also had trouble with their orders to !!!!

Food was okay I guess. Wasn't like fresh but mostly edible. Fries are horrible, wish they would change back to the previous fries. Service however was pretty quick and friendly.

Does yalls system not tell yall when condiments are ordered with food? I swear... 9/10 times I order here, I never get my condiments. Example... marinara... It's rare I ever get the marinara that I order with my cheese sticks. I know reading levels are down in the US... but this is getting ridiculous.
