Definitely great place to go! But the only exception to the 5 starts is the occasional wait time. Don't go if you're in a hurry because it want take some time as the place is very popular and usually pretty busy!
Ordered on line and some how they still got my order wrong😳😟and apparently the smash burgers are leaving a crust on the grill which ended up in my burger cold hard fries no ketchup for them (which I ordered) and no sauce for the chicken bites (I also ordered). I ordered it figured it would be right. Question—-How could you not get it right? I give up on this place I’ve given them so many chances. I’m done with this Sonic.
They need to get it together at the Hensley Arkansas location I've been going there for years now an here lately orders are always wrong an or missing something I've paid for or even after I do a online order I get there to pick it up an still have to wait another 15 minutes then why use the app to make it faster when it's not ....they just need to get it together or I want be going back an several of my friends has noticed the difference in that location an has...
