This is the worst Applebee’s I’ve been to. Customer service is horrible and employees just stand around. They didn’t bring out all the food my party ordered and the waiter’s excuse was “the kitchen is backed up and busy.” How is the kitchen busy if y'all have less than 10 customers at the restaurant and to make matters worse, they didn’t do anything to rectify the situation. I will DEFINITELY not recommend this restaurant if you’re big on customer service.

Mozerella sticks came out fine but the rest of the food took AWHILE (2 entrees and 1 kids meal)
No spoon provided for the yogurt w/ strawberries kids meal. Yogurt also comes on a very hot plate which is odd.
Had to ask for a water refill
When the entrees came out, our chicken Parmesan was missing the breadstick and was brought out halfway through our meal and it was overdone.
Chicken Parmesan was salty and pasta sauce tastes worse than jarred pasta sauce.
Grilled cheeseburger was good but their fries are a worse version of Wendy’s. The tomato soup wasn’t good.
Ticket was $35.66 with Mozerella sticks, the 2 for $25 deal and 1 kids meal and all waters, no soda/flavored drinks.
At the end of the day, I feel the quality of food is worse than McDonalds and overpriced. For the $$$ I payed, I could have gotten 2 large meals with soda and 2 happy meals for less than this experience.

Yesterday, September 13th, we walked into Applebees about 4pm. We had driven there from Magnolia to get something different to eat. After we waited for 10 minutes for the the host to get us seated, only about 20 people in the place total at the time. He just stood there staring off into space like he was lost. Then, we sat at a table for 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging we were even there. So, the wife, my daughter, and I got up and walked out. Went down the street and had a good meal where the workers seemed like they cared enough to help the ones there for an enjoyable meal. We spent almost $100 dollars on meal and tipped generously for good service. Applebees has gone downhill bad enough that I feel they should just close the doors at the ElDorado location.

I had the worst experience here so did other people people literally left their food and walked out. I mean they paid a little bit, but the manager marked it down. I ordered a steak that was supposed to be medium rare and I got it well done my mashed potatoes were cold. I asked the lady three times for a side that she was supposed to bring me and she kept forgetting she disappeared for 20 minutes. People were waiting to order. Other people wanted their drinks refilled. She brought The wrong salad when I did not order I told her that she seemed upset then it took 10 minutes for me to get my salad and I got it with no dressing. I ended up having to ask a manager because she hadn’t came back and nothing was marked down. It was horrible food horrible service would not recommend!!!
