After a long day, instead of having to run home and make dinner, I opted for a quicker option and ordered burger king via the Walmaet app because it's supposed to be 25% off. When I arrived, the app had already notified me that the food was Complete, there was a very long line at the drive through, and from experience, I knew that I should just walk inside, otherwise I would be there all night long. I should have also known from experience that I would not have the right items. I ordered three kids means and not one of them Had a toy or a drink. I ordered three wrap and burger combo things and not one of those had a wrap or a side! There was some other issue but I can't remember at this point. I called to alert someone and Noone answered the phone, so I looked in the app and it said I could use it for situations where food was missing. It asked for 24 hrs for processing. I gave it more than 24 hrs and now I guess I am just out of the money because they still don't answer the phone. I will say the lady working was Doing all the work, giving the other two Men directions for everything! They all seemed to operate slower than what I would have expected necessary. Obviously never going back there again but I would really like my money back!

Ordered food for dining room. Sit down to eat, only to have to wait for 45 minutes before receiving our food. Overheard the employee's complain about having to remake sandwiches they had already made. I only received part of what I ordered. Wasn't correct. To only sit in the lobby to hear the one employee to keep complaining. Wasn't happy about this establishment

I ordered though door dash and didn't get the Franken Candy Sundae or the Hershey sundae.

I ordered an iced coffee, but what I received was disappointing. It tasted more like water mixed with a hint of coffee than an actual iced coffee. There was no richness or flavor, and the quality just wasn’t there. Burger King really needs to do a better job with their iced coffee—it should be cold, refreshing, and taste like coffee, not watered down. Burger King - El Dorado Arkansas.

I wish I could give the service a big 0. The lady in there forget one of my burgers from a meal I had gotten. I went through the drive through again to explain the situation. Instead of giving helpful service she argued with me that she had personally put the burgers in there when clearly that’s not how many I asked for. She accused me and my family of taking one out. IF I WOULD’VE REMOVED ONE I WOULDN’T HAVE SAT IN LINE TO MAKE A COMPLAINT. mind you, the line was long. THEN, not even that but she counted the burgers one by one taking them out as if I was lying. Then afterwards she gave me an attitude before giving me my burger. I did not appreciate the customer service at all. If she forgot that’s fine, but do not accuse me and my family of taking a burger out!! Then she didn’t even apologize!!

They never have your food at the window after you pay. You always have to pull up and wait on them to bring it to you It has happened the last three times I went there. I won't be going there again

Refused to let me use my unexpired coupon, then refused to give me my credit card back so I could cancel the order, then charged me full price, kept the coupon, and refused to talk to me about it.
