If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I recently visited Chick-A-Dilly in El Dorado for the first time, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The restaurant’s hygiene standards were noticeably lacking, as staff were not using PPE while handling food across different orders, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness. Additionally, the customer service was, at the very least, terrible. The staff seemed uninterested and were not very helpful. They did not take the time to assure me of my order, instead slamming the food on the counter and speedily reciting a short summary without even mentioning the designated name of the customer.
To make matters worse, they do not accept debit or credit cards, which was quite inconvenient and gave the place a somewhat shady feel. My wife was unsure she had the exact amount of change, and tried to use her card. The cashier, or maybe the assistant manager, threw her hands up and began yelling at her. This made her feel so scared and overwhelmed. Lastly, the other worker was very rude as well, which made the overall experience unpleasant. The diverse group of people in the lobby that day seemed on edge, insinuating the same feeling. Personally, I will not tolerate these issues just to order food for my family. Chick-A-Dilly needs a complete overhaul in my opinion. So, beware to anyone who comes for the “Amazing Chicken.” It is not worth it when there are tons of other BETTER chicken places. Maybe the new Southern Classic Chicken will have a better environment/customer experience.

first time visiting arkansas and was told this was the best chicken around town now it was good it gave williams chicken vibes but anywho the older lady at the register was RUDE as (middle finger). she was upset i didnt have cash and showed even more anger as she had to void the order(needs training i assuume) as for it could have been so simple i mean i rather spend my money at soso food places with workers that have great customer service skills than give my hard earned to anyone who acts like its a priveledge to spend with them and not treat me as if im welcomed!!!

Lady at the window was very friendly! We got 2 chicken legs and a order of the rice! It was delicious! Will definitely be back. If your in El Dorado give this place a try. ZZ Top was there one time and loved it!

The only place in El Dorado, AR you can get fried chicken livers. They are DELICIOUS!!!
