Nuggets tasted awful. Tasted burnt. Only realized it when we got home, not convenient to go back and return when it’s a 30 min drive one way. Bought 2x30 ct. Thrown away. We are regulars at other locations and by far this one is at the bottom of the list. Have witnessed more order screw ups in 3 visits as this location than all my other visits combined.

I understand it is new but having people who are unfamiliar with technology taking orders on ipads is weird. I've had the wrong order taken both times i've come and it's been inconvenient.

The food was okay, wasnt like fresh fresh. We decided we would wait a while before coming to the new location because it is hard to go in and out, and of course anything new in eldo get slammed the first few weeks. But I went today after work around 3 and even though the line was long it was efficient as all the other locations I have been to. The girl who pulled my mobile order up on the iPad wasnt too friendly, but the trainer with her (or supervisor, I just know he wasnt a regular employee) was awesome. Talked to me about my car and how he loved his when he had one and we talked for a bit. Overall a decent experience, just wish my food tasted fresh and not like it sat in the warmer for forever
