Ordered several hours in advance. I got a call about 15 minutes from my pickup time that it would be another 45 minutes. It was actually another hour and a half. My event started at 5, we didn’t get our pizza until 5:20. And we waited in store to pick it up for 45 minutes. Also, the overcharged me by $40.This is not the first time this has happened. Smaller orders seem to get the priority, but larger orders just mess up everything. We have had too many problems in the past to continue ordering from them.

I place an order online and it's always very simple. I arrive to the store to not have sausage on the pizza so it's basically a cheese pizza ...I let them know that it's incorrect and I made sure to click sausage but instead of them saying "it's okay we'll remake it for you" they try to prove that it didn't show up on their end so I must have made a mistake. It was almost like they took it personal as if it was coming out of their paycheck . They remade it for me and when it was done the woman there said here you go placed it on the counter and turned her back as if she had an attitude so I pick it up and leave.. get home and realize it's undercooked lol. I didn't even bother letting them know I just put it in my oven to cook it longer. This place has gone downhill so damn much. I'm always super polite to any and everybody because I know some people don't like their jobs.

Food good. Delivery driver lazy saying it's protocol that she can't bring it in the hospital. Just ordered 2 weeks ago no problem.
Love dominos but this is the worst location ever. You will wait for a very long time for just one pizza. Way past quoted time. Every single time.
