I purchased Hachi Hachi July 5th for my daughter. When she got to work and ate, her body started aching and she started throwing up. Big sweat was popping up on her. I immediately told her it was food poisoning. I'm glad she didn't get worse

Hannah is always so helpful when we come up there!! Great customer service and great food!!!
Gross… The employees were rude and unhelpful. The chicken was overcooked and incredibly tough, covered in an excessive amount of sauce that did nothing to improve the taste. The vegetables tasted like they came straight from a microwave, lacking any freshness or flavor. If you’re looking for a subpar meal that resembles food court quality but somehow worse, this is your spot.

Love this food truck. I had the shrimp hibachi. The service was pretty fast, the food is great. It's my go to for Japanese in the area.
I'm one to go by reviews when I try new foods, so here's mine-tonight my family of 5 tried Hachi Hachi. We had 3 adults, and 2 picky toddlers.Our order was- 1 steak with rice no veggies (they doubled the rice to replace the veggies), 2 steak and chicken with rice, 1 trio with noodles, 3 side orders of noodles, 1 side of rice and a big yum yum. our total for everything came out to 80.80 after tax.For us the extra big yum yum was not needed as they gave us PLENTY to begin with. My kids split the chicken and steak with rice and a side of noodles, and there's more than enough for them for lunch tomorrow. I myself had the trio with noodles and a side of rice. I barely made a dent in my food, and have probably enough for 2 more meals maybe 3. My husband had the steak with enough left for at least 2 more meals. My brother had fought to finish it after he said he was "starving". he really just over stuffed himself lol.The wait wasn't too long considering how busy they were and how much we had ordered. We waited maybe 40 minutes. All of our food was correct, and hot. The flavoring was there and altogether we are extremely satisfied! tThe price was amazing, being that if my husband and I were to go to our favorite sit down hibachi restaurant, our meal ticket would be just as much if not more!10/10 for it being a food truck!

tonight my family of 5 tried Hachi Hachi. We had 3 adults, and 2 picky toddlers.
