I'm one to go by reviews when I try new foods, so here's mine-tonight my family of 5 tried Hachi Hachi. We had 3 adults, and 2 picky toddlers.Our order was- 1 steak with rice no veggies (they doubled the rice to replace the veggies), 2 steak and chicken with rice, 1 trio with noodles, 3 side orders of noodles, 1 side of rice and a big yum yum. our total for everything came out to 80.80 after tax.For us the extra big yum yum was not needed as they gave us PLENTY to begin with. My kids split the chicken and steak with rice and a side of noodles, and there's more than enough for them for lunch tomorrow. I myself had the trio with noodles and a side of rice. I barely made a dent in my food, and have probably enough for 2 more meals maybe 3. My husband had the steak with enough left for at least 2 more meals. My brother had fought to finish it after he said he was "starving". he really just over stuffed himself lol.The wait wasn't too long considering how busy they were and how much we had ordered. We waited maybe 40 minutes. All of our food was correct, and hot. The flavoring was there and altogether we are extremely satisfied! tThe price was amazing, being that if my husband and I were to go to our favorite sit down hibachi restaurant, our meal ticket would be just as much if not more!10/10 for it being a food truck!

Probally the best Asian food in El dorado, and there isn't many varieties of Asian food out there.
Food was of very generous proportions but a bit salty. Chicken could have been a little less done, my medium rare steak was medium well but the shrimp was spot on. Ok value and service. El Dorado seems to be a food desert and this was the only bright spot I could find.

Tried it for the first time. We enjoyed the meal, but the side of fried rice was SUPER salty.
Love this food truck. I had the shrimp hibachi. The service was pretty fast, the food is great. It's my go to for Japanese in the area.
