Just passing through and saw this place close to 167, so we stopped. We were in a hurry so got a to go order, brisket sandwiches, everything was delicious! We loved the potato salad and coleslaw, brisket was great, even the tea was good! The staff is friendly, so this place gets 5 stars, we love the small mom and pop places that are still around serving up tasty food!!!

Howell’s Barbecue is hands-down one of the best BBQ spots around! The flavors are incredible, and everything tastes like it came straight off a pit master’s grill. Their baked potato is loaded to perfection, and the brisket is tender, juicy, and full of that smoky goodness you want in real barbecue. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and every bite makes you want to come back for more. If you’re anywhere nearby, do yourself a favor and stop by—Howell’s Barbecue...

Hands down the best barbecue brisket I’ve ever had in my life. Everything at Howell’s is absolutely delicious, and the people there are phenomenal. The quality, the flavor, and the service are all top-notch. If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out!
