I don't normally don't eat BBQ out because I smoke meat at home a lot, but I decided to try Howell's as I passed through town. I am so glad I did. I ordered the pulled pork dinner, potato salad, and baked beans. The meat was flavorful and juicy, and the potato salad was just like my Grandma used to make. The lady at the counter was super sweet and friendly. The portion size was large as well. The spicy sauce was really good too. I'll be stopping again when...

Traveling through on a motorcycle vacation and hunger hit. We opted for bbq and Howells hit the spot.

Momma’s pulled pork sammy was flavorful, moist, and “yummy” according to her. My sausage and turkey 2-meat plate was also very good. Sausage is not spicy, not greasy, and very pleasant. Turkey was moist and with a little of the “spicy” (not really) bbq sauce it was great.
