This place is amazing. I don’t know why it doesn’t have more reviews. Great service… great food. Everything seems fresh. The chunky guacamole is to die for. The food at Ixtapa Mexico Is amazing and this reminds me of their food and just how fresh it is.

If you haven't been here you'll want to try this place. It is owned by a couple who take great pride in their food and service. Their rice is out of this world! I had the tamale plate. I should have ordered 3 tamales as opposed to 2. Bueno comida. Muy sabrosa. ( Good food, very tasty!)

Hadn't gone since it was called Papa Poblano's. Heard that the food was worse after the name change. Finally went and the food was great, and in my opinion a little better than before.
Three of us ate Sunday lunch. We were well pleased with the quick seating, excellent service, delicious meals with large servings - Chicken Quesadillas and Carne A La Mexicana. Our waiter checked on us often and kept our drink glasses full. The new owners even checked on us. Go by and give this family a try. We enjoyed our experience to the fullest.

I ordered the Las Brazas Ribeye it comes with 4 big shrimp a loaded potato toast and a side salad. My dressing for my salad expired 4 months ago. Got my plate and the steak was spoiled as well. The shrimp looked questionable but I never even touched them in fear of food poisoning. They deserve no stars I just gave them one to complete the review. I got no pictures cause I was so upset at how bad my plate was. Out of all the times I ate here this was by far the worst and most insulting plate.

This Place has great food, nice & friendly staff, very clean bathrooms, and the service was Awesome.. Our waiter Checked in on us a lot, but not so much that it was bothersome, kept our drinks, chips & salsa full & made sure we didn't need anything til our food was served.. Once we got our food he didn't come back & bother us unless we needed drinks refilled, & even then all we had to do is look around & make eye contact & he was otw.. & THE FOOD WAS FU€{¡Ⲡ FANTASTIC!!.. Would highly recommend anyone that likes Mexican food to eat here.. Definitely a 5 Star Restaurant, in my opinion..
Kid-friendliness: Has the quarter machines for candy, bouncey balls, sticky slap hands, fake tattoos & stickers, etc etc.. They also have some small child & car seat capable high chair like booster seats as well..
