Service is friendly but attention to detail isn’t. Ordered a supreme Detroit, deep dish pizza. Got home the pizza had cheese, mushrooms, bell pepper, onions, not a single pepperoni or a piece of sausage on the pizza anywhere. Check your pizza before you leave there. It’s a recurring problem

I made a purchase at this store today. My soda was flat and I attempted to return it.
But your worker was extremely rude and refused to let me exchange it. She took my soda and shook It up and stated that it had bubbles. And that she couldn't do any about it. I stated that that I purchased a flat soda here once before and one of the guys that worked there let me exchange it with no problems. She stated that he shouldn't have let me do that. I ask her why she had an attitude and she walked off. I asked for the corporate office number and she refused to give it to me. I also had to ask her name several times before she answered me. She said that her name was "BECKY". I later looked at my receipt and it said BRENDA F. So I'm assuming that she gave me the wrong name.
She was extremely rude for no reason. And she had been very short with me from the beginning of my purchase.
She was very unprofessional.

If you are wanting pizza in Eldorado Arkansas I’d advise going somewhere besides little Caesar’s worst pizza place here I’d rather eat gas station pizza then this mess
Bad Customer Service: I couldn’t change pizza toppings on my online order, So I called the store to be put on hold for 6 minutes. I hung up and tried calling back for 20 minutes for the phone to be off the hook, I finally get through for the phone to just ring for over a minute with no answer. If someone would have answered I would have canceled my order and took my business elsewhere! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
