Walked in and ordered bread sticks. Couple minutes later I got them cold. I am pretty sure I got someone else’s cancelled order or something. Will not be returning. To many other choices close to hotel walking distance.

TRASH!!! The pizza was hard even the black Olives were hard.Ordee pepperoni black Olives on half and the other half pepperoni black olive bacon and onion on this crust for $20& some change oh and 2 garlic butters.i would not recommend this pizza at all.The lady working was nice but that's about the only good thing I cam say.

Everything is bad about this pizza hut in eldorado arkansas I or 2 medium pizza and they said that the delivery would take 25-30 minutes we waited over a hour and 30 minutes and the pizza is still not here do not recommend
VERY unprofessional! Customer service sucks . They got my wings wrong and continued to tell me that I clicked honey bbq when I infact did not. Be better Pizza Hut. The employee otp argued me up and down on what I pressed for my order. Very unsatisfied. Do not go here

Didn't get our order of wings. Talked to them two times. 1st they said they would credit me back on my card. A few days later they said they couldn't do that and knew nothing about the issue with my order. She said she would give me credit on my account and have GM contact me. Still nothing! ? Done with them! This isn't the first time I have had issues with them on not getting everything.

My food was delivery so I cannot speak to the atmosphere. I ordered a pizza and two of the cinnabon dessert trays. Both of the cinnabon orders were burned on the bottom. My pizza was exactly as I ordered and it was good; however two-thirds of my order was sub-standard and I was very disappointed.

Dang-it. Maybe it’s the town entirely but I stopped at a place to get a sub and the worker didn’t even help me.Then I order a double pepperoni and I barely get a single serving.You workers need a lesson on decent living or at least, decent service.I want the $1.50 refund Pizza Hut.
The food is great If It Is Cooked. I once received a calzone from there that and it was uncooked and was not happy with it. Yes, the manager reimbursed us with another cooked product but I paid for an order that I wanted all at once. With this current pizza order yet. again he felt that it was undercooked.

30 minutes late on a timed order and half my order was missing. On their 2nd trip, they still didn't have everything. Two and a half hours after the original delivery time and I've been abandoned. Two items that were paid for were never delivered. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT AGAIN.

It was very crowded with people waiting on orders. They messed up a guys order and told him one of his pizzas was stuck to the pan and they would have to remake it. They didn't say anything about remaking the other one or giving him a discount. My thi crust pizza was bubbly around the edges was cooked enough. The vegetables were not cooked. It was like they forgot and they them on last minute. It wasn't until I got home 35 miles later that I realized this and didn't want to make the drive back..

Dietary restrictions: I am allergic to tomatoes so I order without Mariana sauce. I tried to contact pizza hut directly on the app, but predictably the app glitched before saving. They made my pizza wrong. They didn't offer a sorry, discount, free personal pan, or app points. I asked for delivery but they said I would be at the back of the queue since their times are tracked. So I said I would wait and have time to write a review.
