The food is decent which is the only reason I’ve ate it and dealt with the service, but it seems like at least 8/10 times I get food there I either spill my drink all over me, my vehicle or the electronics inside, or I some how get regular tea when “sweet tea” is two words and who drinks regular tea? Or I either have to pay and then wait in the parking lot for 30 - 40 minutes and no that’s not over exaggeration, they also didn’t have fries this time, and I’m sorry I know I sound like a Karen but I’ve tried to ignore it for like 2 years and it just seems like no one cares about other people or their job.

Staff at Slim's Chickens is always courteous! Food is delicious, made-to-order, and quickly served. To-go orders are also ready fast. Laid-back atmosphere with classic blues music, R&B, and rockabilly music playing on the sound system.
Dietary restrictions: Slim's Salads are tasty and great for diabetics and those counting their calories.
Me and my mom went today and she went inside of the place instead of taking the drive through due to it being extremely long. She ordered the same thing we usually do and it ended up taking 20 minutes. Every time we've ordered there before it has taken 4 minutes or less. This is not acceptable.

This place absolutely sucks. I come here months spaced out hoping it would be different but it never is. Everytime I come I get the exact same thing and they always get it wrong. If I dont take anything off and get it as is then why are half the ingredients in the meal missing? This place is ridiculous and they need to do better.

Ordered a kids meal, a salad and strip meal, was told it would be 5 min and asked to pull forward. I waited over 15 min and a guy tried to bring us the wrong food so he had the girl that took our order come out to the car. She said it's going to be a long time, a really long time. I asked for a refund and she walked to the patio. I got out of my car and she told me to go in and ask the manager for a refund. I went inside and the manager asked if I wanted to wait. I told her what was said so she walked to the open area to the kitchen and asked them, they had not even started fixing any of our food and she asked them who told them to wait??? Really? I asked her to please refund me

Ordered food. Got milkshakes within 3 minutes. Took another 15 minutes to get 2 orders of Chick meals. Waited another 20 minutes to get a Crispy Chicken sandwich meal. Wanted an extra sauce for chicken tenders and they stated that they charge extra for sauce. Food sucked and milkshakes tasted like whipped topping. Doesn't look like they will stay in business much longer if this continues.

The past three times I've ordered here have been absolutely awful. The food is usually fine, however, I ordered online and it ends up taking them 45 minutes to an hour total to get my order ready. I'm not sure what is going on but it for sure needs to be addressed. It's been the past three Sundays.
Food is really good, as a chain i think Slim Chickens is awesome, only problem is that this location cant seem to figure it out. Every time you order theres gonna be something wrong, it’s just a given. Wether its paying extra for something only to realize you didnt get it when your already 5 miles down the road, or opening your box to what looks like the remains of a nuclear explosion of ingredients scattered around. Really Hope to see some changes in the future. P.s the bag is insane. No one needs a 10 gallon bag for a sandwhich meal. It instantly goes onto my floor board and then later thrown away. Purely an inconvenience and ultimately just more trash in my car to throw away.

I like to order online and it would not let me so I had to go to the restaurant. Well upon arriving I ordered what I wanted just to be told that they are closing soon which was another hour away and they told me that they couldn't make me any fried mushrooms ?. That's all I ever order there because I can't eat hard fried foods and that's the only thing that doesn't hurt my gums since I have no bottom teeth right now and so I didn't get what I wanted.
