When the groovy fries first came out they were good. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Now they are just french fries. Soft inside and out. Also, please, please fix the card reader!!

The first machine I tried to place my order was broken. There was no signage indicating it was broken. I moved to another machine and they responded relatively quick. They were busy, so I have no complaints with the timeliness. The food was fresh. I ordered the smash burger combo. The burger was good but not hot, as were the tots.

I doordash. This place at night is overwhelmed far too much to accept orders. I waited for my orders way too long, realized they had tried to drop them off to the car next to me, and waited way too long staring at a red button flashing with no reply. Carhops need better skills at knowing which orders go to which booths.
It was the worst that I have ever experienced. The food was cold and they had my order wrong and try ti charge me again plus I had two different servers.

I'm positive by now that cook is tired of me showing up 😂🤣 JK but so far all the carhops have been super friendly ... I place my order on the app and check in at the stall I'm at and it all goes so smooth! But y'all i swear i'm putting on some weight from using the 1.99 jr cheeseburger discount and the have it your way coke for free ... specialized rt 44 and 2 jr burgers with keep the change at on only 5$ cant beat that! 🩵
