The first machine I tried to place my order was broken. There was no signage indicating it was broken. I moved to another machine and they responded relatively quick. They were busy, so I have no complaints with the timeliness. The food was fresh. I ordered the smash burger combo. The burger was good but not hot, as were the tots.
I tried ordering on the app. After 30 minutes of it not letting me sign in, I placed my order online, instead. I got PARTS of my order, and parts of someone else's order.Not a good way to reward my kids for a job well done, when they didn't even get what they ordered....
Usually friendly staff and they usually get the order right. Definitely one of the best Sonic drive ins in our area. Sonic itself is way overpriced for the cheap ingredients they use.
