To the owners of this Subway. My name is Eddie. I work for the Department of Human Services and was completing a last minute assignment from West Helena late in the evening. When I was leaving El Dorado I realized my phone was on 1%. I was concerned that i wouldn't make it home safely without charging it. The chances of me getting lost or sleepy were very high if I could not get my phone charged. That's were an employee at this Subway saved the day. This young lady did not hesitate to charge my phone for me without even knowing the circumstances. Before i knew it I was back on the road and on my way home. I eventually made it home safely and before I got too sleepy thanks to Ms. Misha. I hope I got her name right. This young lady along with the other workers were very professional and they never stopped moving. Cleaning and attending to customers as well. A million thanks again Ms. Misha. I wouldn't have made it without your kindness. ☺️

Ordered online said would be ready by 6:15. I arrived at 6:18. Waited in line over 20 minutes to get to window and told they didn't have order. They found order finally. Was not made yet. Finely received order. Got home. Order was wrong. Correct sandwich but incorrect veggies. Ordered chips didn't receive. Will not be returning.

I left subway for good as now you can not build your own sandwich ?. I wanted a sandwich with bacon and cheese I was told I couldn't order that. ? so if I can't order what I will eat no need to stop anymore. I thank this is a really bad decision for them they will lose customers ?. Subway why can you not build your own sandwich anymore? So upset ?
