I ordered a tostada, at the drive through, along with a couple of tacos. They told me that they no longer serve tostadas. When I pull around the window, I asked when they stopped serving them. She told me that they stopped several months ago. When I told her that I had got one just last week she said “oh”. I don’t know, they just told me they couldn’t serve them.” While a voice in the background said that they didn’t have any boxes to put them in…. At that point she gave me my tacos and slammed the window in my face. I sat there waiting for my drink. She looked at me funny and opened the window and never said a word. I asked if I could get my drink please. “Oh”. Hands me my drink and slammed the window shut again.
So I couldn’t get what I wanted because they had no boxes, and then I was treated very rudely. This place needs some serious customer service skills. This is too common at this location.

The worst experience I’ve had here, she got my order wrong, didn’t tell me the avocado salsa was made different and I’m paying for it, had a really crappy attitude, and my fries were thrown in the bag upside down. I didn’t get her name but she’s not great at her job

I don’t know who the heavyset lady is that’s working drive-through at 1:56 PM 1/21/24 today, but she is quite possibly the rudest person I’ve ever met in my life pretty much threw my food out the door to me. Tried to say have a nice day to her, and she just turned around and pretty much rolled her eyes at me The lady that took my order on the other hand was extremely sweet this lady that’s hanging out boo does not need to work and drive-through she needs to be moved to the kitchen or something because she has no business dealing with the public

Y'all need to do better!!!! The workers are very rude, hell one of them looked like they were high! Got shorted on my food and sauce and when I called about it. They hung the phone. Very piss poor customer service!!!! I was told to “have a nice night” with a attitude!!!! They need to hire better people to work there!!!!

Food has been hot and freshly made on all of my visits. The girl i see in the morning to get my drink and nacho fried knows my order when she sees me and is always quick to get my order to me so I can get on with my day
The value at any Taco Bell has had a precipitous decline in just the last 3 years. It's hardly worth the gas money any more.

The cashier girl was nice. The heavy set woman tho was rude. My order was incorrect. I drove back to the drive thru line. Asked nicely if they can correct it. They said to pull up. One taco was missing the protein and the heavy set woman said "Well we already made it so I can give you a side of the protein" I said No thanks then Ill just take a refund for that taco. She got upset and said ok hold on and then disappeared. They remade both items correctly and handed it to me and said thank you. Now the only reason she remade the item was because it was probably more work to give a refund instead. I wouldn't recommend or return to this location again just because the staff don't seem to care for the work they do. If you have to ask for them to remake it and they have an attitude, I just hope they did it cleanly. But I doubt it because she looked upset. I spent almost 30minutes at this Taco bell, wasn't upset because its a fast food restaurant...cant expect great service but this place deserves the 1 star.
