I love Taco Bell but the order wasn’t correct had to keep asking for the stuff that was missing and was told to go around the corner and grab the sauces,straws,etc. I don’t mind but this order wasn’t for me, so I got a bad review because of it. Employees did NOT act like they cared nor paid attention to the customers nor the orders. Will hopefully have a better experience next time. Fingers crossed for my own ratings.

The cashier girl was nice. The heavy set woman tho was rude. My order was incorrect. I drove back to the drive thru line. Asked nicely if they can correct it. They said to pull up. One taco was missing the protein and the heavy set woman said "Well we already made it so I can give you a side of the protein" I said No thanks then Ill just take a refund for that taco. She got upset and said ok hold on and then disappeared. They remade both items correctly and handed it to me and said thank you. Now the only reason she remade the item was because it was probably more work to give a refund instead.I wouldn't recommend or return to this location again just because the staff don't seem to care for the work they do. If you have to ask for them to remake it and they have an attitude, I just hope they did it cleanly. But I doubt it because she looked upset. I spent almost 30minutes at this Taco bell, wasn't upset because its a fast food restaurant...cant expect great service but this place deserves the 1 star.

The dining room isn't torn up and is clean most of the time. Bathrooms always work and are clean most of the time.Sometimes, it may seem that they are understaffed. I recommend using keyosk or online ordering.Parking: Bob trucks can park on curb to ashley furniture/ terminx
THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE TORE DOWN AND A NEW ONE BUILT... AND THE MANAGER'S THERE IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES, ONE FEMALE MANAGER STAYED AT THE PLACE I WORK AND HER AND HER FAMILY TORE THIS ROOM COMPLETELY UP, THEY STAYED THERE FOR AT LEAST A MONTH MAYBE A LIL LONGER, AND IT TOOK US TWO DAYS TO CLEAN THIS ROOM WHICH WAS A SINGLE BED ROOM AND THERE WERE TWO ADULTS TWO TEENAGER'S AND TWO LITTLE KIDS. AND BELIEVE ME I FEEL HER STRUGGLE, BUT THERE IS NO REASON TO COMPLETELY DESTROY A ROOM TO THE EXTENT HER AND HER FAMILY DID. IF THIS IS HOW SHE KEEPS HER STORE AS A MANAGER, THEN GOD BLESS US ALL EATING AT THIS TACO BELL ON NORTHWEST AVE.

I wish I could give this review a negative it had Bad customer service when I asked the worker if I could possibly get a number one that comes with three tacos if I could have the tacos with only meat cheese and sour cream he sounded annoyed and said I guess which u could of just said no and I pulled up to pay and he looked high and was slow poking around and when I got home I checked my order and he gave me tacos with lettuce and onions and tomatoes all I’m saying is do better!!!!

I have only had one bad experience at Taco Bell on Northwest due to the fact that it was old taco meat I can taste the oldest. Other than that you have to always ask for condiments and make sure that you asked for. I wish that they would go back to just putting those things that you need in the bagKid-friendliness: I love taking my grandkids in to eat because I can't clean up all the time after them due to my disability. The staff always helps me with them.Parking: It's plenty of parking room.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it does have accessable wheelchair ramp to assist disabled individuals.

If I could give them a negative, I would give them a negative*. I went to the drive-through to place an order, and the lady was so rudest most disrespectful person I’ve came in contact with in a long time. She shouldn’t be working with the public for any reason. If they can’t get any better help than this, they should shut that place down! You do not talk to people that way, especially someone come in there, trying to do business with you and spending money with you!

Food is always good. I made the mistake of eating to much, and stayed in bathroom for 2 days. Remember just pace yourself.
The value at any Taco Bell has had a precipitous decline in just the last 3 years. It's hardly worth the gas money any more.
