we were so thankful to have this cute little spot for hanging with friends while staying at the haywood! the drinks are reasonably priced and the bar is well stocked. as far as food goes, the appetizers were always hot and fresh but we weren't impressed with the main course options. service is veryyyy slow and the waitstaff ignored us so much that the bartender ended up having to bring us our stuff AND the check after asking the waiter multiple times for it. the bartender was wonderful though!

Food, service, and atmosphere were excellent! Not good for large parties on a Monday though as they only have one person in the kitchen and it took a long time for our food to come out but man the food was great. Also best lemon drop I've ever had.

I’ve visited this bar twice now, and while the first experience had spotty service, the food and drinks were excellent, and my company made it enjoyable. However, my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. I understand that the bar was busy due to a nearby concert, and I’m usually very patient with these situations, but the service I received was unacceptable—especially from a Hilton property.

When I initially asked for a menu, the server walked away mid-conversation to chat with her friends. I had to track her down again to order a drink, and she repeated the same behavior, walking off mid-order to gossip with her friends. This happened not once, but three times. I still hadn’t received a menu or the Dr. Pepper I was trying to order.

I pride myself on tipping well and appreciating good customer service, but this experience was a serious letdown. I would have understood delays due to the crowd, but ignoring customers in favor of chatting with friends is unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I expect much better service from a Hilton property.

Please post in your hours that the kitchen does not stay open until 10pm. Also, the nice signs and QR codes displayed in the hotel take you to a nice website that doesn’t tell you how to actually order food. You have to click to the menu, then find a tiny phone number at the top. Contact info for ordering should be the first thing you see when tapping the QR code.

Tammy is the best bartender anywhere and they have an excellent selection of spirits. Best cocktails in El Dorado and it isn’t even close.

If in El dorado this is spot! Drinks are fabulous ,and while sitting on the beautiful patio with music you get to see the hustle and bustle of the main street area and meet great ppl. If hete ,this is were you want to be !

The Haywood is a beautiful hotel inside & out! The staff is very friendly & accommodating . You can’t find a place any more comfortable or clean anywhere. The location is also ideal for any activities in the MAD area. Everything is within walking distance. We’ll definitely be back!
