I went through the drive thru around 2:10pm. The person on the other end greeted me, but as I began the give my order, they began yelling at me. To give them a minute, JUST GIVE ME A MINUTE PLEASE! It was rude and disrespectful to me as a paying customer. I politely pulled away from the kiosk and took my business elsewhere. I nor any other customer should be approached with such abusive behavior. This restaurant doesn’t have the best customer skills to begin with, but today was unacceptable. I will not be yelled at for simply trying to make an order. It’ll be awhile before I come back, if ever.

The Wendy's building isn't that old, but if you look at it you would think it was. Whom ever owns that building needs to do maintenance on it. At the drive thru there is a camera hanging by wires over the vehicle that stop at the window.

Horrible. Manager Miss T totally unprepared for her position. Two doubles were cold. Cheese unmelted. I stressed multiple times I wanted very hot fries. Luck warm at best. Complained to Miss T. She was not concerned in the least. Said sorry about that and walked off. Been here before with no complaints. $22 plus dollars for cold food. What a way to treat a customer that said they wanted very hot food. Repeated request three times. You lost my business today. Will not be back.
