I walk to Whataburger quite a bit and there’s usually great customer service and I’ve never complained until now. I was waiting on my coffee and the manager approached me and asked if he could get my phone number or snap... he was probably in his 30s and I am a minor. this is not what we should be normalizing. It was very unprofessional and made me uncomfortable the lady who did take my order, though was very sweet. Just wanna warn everybody about the manager though
Today was $.75 burger day and the staff was doing a great job keeping up with everyone’s orders. The lady even helped me order on the app. Thank you for your help and having a great store.
