I'm rewriting my review to be more accurate to how this place truly is. The drinks are phenomenal, my personal favorite is the Limelight energy infusion, very tasty and full of energy. The outside of the building is quite average, but what is most noteworthy about this place are the absurdly random wait times. Sometimes you'd get your drink quite fast, only taking up a few minutes or so, but if you're as unfortunate as me (and my mother), you'll be stuck in line or at the window for an upwards of fifteen minutes and sometimes half an hour. It only gets worse towards the end of the weekdays, where the line gets backed up and moves at a snail's pace. Other than that, Ziggi's is quite alright.

The only place in town that doesn't burn my matcha. On top of that, they offer my favorites flavors, which are apparently hard to get anywhere else. I would be here every day, twice daily, if possible.

Just no! If the Tahoe is parked out front your coffee will be the best! However the last two times it was god awful. The iced coffee tasted like a wet sock — no exaggeration.

Been there several times I only get one thing the blended matcha latte it's been wonderful every time I go during the week went there today on a Sunday and it was not blended very well and was very watered down barely any matcha flavor.

I don’t even live where this is located but I go often enough, I went ahead and downloaded the app and I’m glad I did. I’ve gotten so many discounts and free drinks through the app. I know how to make spiced chai from scratch but it’s a pain and yours is the closest match to what I make. And I’ve tried many different coffee places for chai- Ziggi’s is by far the best!

I go here several times a week and it's always amazing. The staff is always very friendly and they help me find new options for the drinks I enjoy. There isn't a place with nicer employees. They are the best!

Stopped for an ICED coffee on my way to work, placed a mobile order and waited. Watched 11 cars enter the drive thru and get served before I received my coffee. It wasn’t even iced when I finally received it. I ordered a caramel macchiato and it’s bitter and bland and the 3 pieces of ice melted before I got out of the parking lot. Do better especially having bigger and better coffee brands coming to town. And hire employees who are a little friendlier. Honestly McDonald’s has better coffee for way less.

My coffee was barely lukewarm. Not sure if they gave me one that had been sitting there for a while or if they didn’t steam the milk. I had to toss it. Waste of $7.
