Staff was very rude (July 30,2025 @ 246PM). Wait time was very long and when I was greeted at the window the only words spoken by the employee was “Here!” as she handed me my drink and shut the window.

Took almost 30 minutes to get two $5 bundles, even though we were the only people there and they didn't have a busy drive through. Staff wouldn't give us our drinks while we waited on our food, then they wouldnt give us refills and the drink station is not out (edited to add: the third employee we asked who was the runner for drive through gave us a refill). The nuggets were hot and fresh, but mine was supposed to be no onions (they forgot) and the sauces were wrong. The fries were old, hard, and cold. The burgers were cold with very hard buns. My husband's tea was supposed to be light ice and they put so much in it he could barely get the straw in. Don't recommend this location.

I got 2 sausage mcmuffins and hash browns this morning just before 7 on my way out of town. The hash browns were good, but the muffins were terrible. One side of mine was completely burned black and they tasted like they sat under a heat lamp for a looooong time. I've worked in restaurants before, so I would know. Super crunchy and dry.

I go to this McDonald's a lot. Some of the managers here are very good and try to take care of their customers. How ever there are a few managers here who are disrespectful and will hang up on you when trying to report a problem. The fries were gross looking because of the oil being old. The first person just told me I was wrong and that the fries are fine and then hang up one me. The second person apologized and told me the oil hasn't been changed because the person who does it couldn't get there because of the weather.

Waitied 15 minutes in the drive thru then parked me when I pulled up to the window and waited another 8 minutes brings my food out and it’s wrong order then another 5 minutes later brings my right order out finally! Total joke

Every time I come by this location I order early ahead of time, every time I am waiting for 5 minutes still. That is inexcusable.
It's a McDonald's, takes forever to get your food and it's overpriced, and they get your order wrong about half the time. The only thing it's got going for it is there's only one other fast food place in town.

I'm leaving another review from my other email. I got a extremely burnt looking hashbrown. Why are you serving food like this? Hashbrowns are expensive now, make them right! This is nasty. I haven't been here in a while since the fries were brown and I see nothing has changed.
