I ordered breakfast in the app prior to coming to McDonald's and get there 2 minutes after 10:30 in the drive through and they couldnt process my order even though it took my money. They said they couldn't mske it. The person in the drive through i spoke to was on this day at this moment. I recommend to stop placing orders in the app well before 10:30 or at least note that if we get there after 10:30 they won't make the order. Its a little irritating to get there after you paid for a meal and they don't make it. I would appreciate a phone call from someone a little more friendlier. If you get orders before 10:30 they should be made to fulfill the orders not to get there just to disappoint customers.

This place really gets on my nerves every time you come here no matter what time it is they park you and make you wait on your food. It’s more infuriating when they park every car to make it not look like it’s busy just to bump their numbers up. They’re definitely not getting your food to you in a timely manner in the slightest bit and you can almost guarantee they’re gonna make you go sit in a parking spot and wait 5 to 10 minutes for your food. Honestly, really surprised anybody puts up with this anymore.

The food is good and fresh, but there is always a line that moves slowly. If you have any specific changes double check it before you leave because literally half the time it is incorrect. Either it is missing something or has extra something else. Not much else to choose from in the area so they keep getting business by default.

Her level of dedication and kindness is outstanding: • Proactive Care: She is immediately attentive when I arrive. Without fail, Alyx is right there to open the door for me and helps me get safely to my table. • Complete Service: She personally delivers my entire order—food, drink, napkins, and all the condiments—right to my seat. Never been to a McDonald’s that is so consistently bad. Foods old. Sodas flat and warm or watered down. I’ve made gotten the correct order a hand full of of time and if you do a mobile order expect to sit in your car for over 15 minutes before they bring it out. Regardless of how early you order it. Maybe they are short staffed but somethings gotta be done especially it being one of the two only places to eat in Elkins at night
