We walked in Thursday, Oct. 3rd, and we were met by the owner. We loved him at first sight. Not only was the food great, the atmosphere was great. Aaron is a great guy and we highly recommend you stop in. We will definitely stop in again when we can

Horrible. We were there for buffet and pizza was awful. Never put any plates out even after 20 minutes. The employees were eating by hand of the only pizza or two that was out. Waste of time and money and absolutely worst service. Kids working there thought it was funny with their hands off the buffet. Makes sense since there weren't plates to eat off of.

I remember when simple simons showed up in Lincoln Arkansas. Yes, I am that old. Dad used to say, “It’s happened! Lincoln is now a happening metropolis!!!” He was right. That little pizza place was a God-send. I have been to the buffet here in Elkins once. It was well stocked and definitely worth the reasonable cost. It is so nice to have a SIT DOWN pizza restaurant! So what I am really saying is, hey Lincoln, try not do be jealous. You guys still have American Drive In, and we love you. But our pizza is better than your pizza. Based, as the kids say?

Let me start this review off by saying the pizza here is incredible. I have zero issues with the food. That being said, I've had so many issues with them getting the orders correct. I've had to have them remake or refund almost every single visit I have here. Now they're willing to remake or give a free pizza with my next order, but it's really frustrating having to keep driving back and forth for these mistakes. What really gets me though, is that they check the pizzas before they hand them over after they compare them to the receipt. So I'm unsure how this keeps happening. The staff is always nice and upbeat, and I'm fairly certain that I've met the guy who runs the place. He's great and always super friendly and apologetic with trying to make things right. Again, the pizza is super tasty! I hate writing a review like this, but hopefully this isn't happening to other customers as well.
