I travel from Fayetteville to Elkins frequently for the food here. It’s a wonderful family owned business. The dine in atmosphere is very inviting and they often have live music. I’ve had the breakfast, enchiladas, fajitas, and tacos. Everything is ALWAYS fresh and they have their own recipe for everything, as opposed to generic Mexican food at other establishments. They also just recently added beer and wine to their menu.
Fast and excellent service with GREAT food. Their chicken enchiladas are my favorite in NWA and the house devastation burrito is awesome! A favorite local restaurant that my whole family enjoys.

This review is based on 1 visit in which I only ate breakfast. I just left Tequila Grill after devouring my ham/egg/cheese burrito, it was very good and I will definitely be back! I just moved back from Texas and have been craving a breakfast taco, and while not the same, it absolutely hit the spot. 5 stars, can't wait to try lunch/dinner.
