We’ve been sitting here for 20 minutes waiting on an order we did for pick up that was supposed to be ready 25 minutes ago. People keep coming and going but not us, still sitting here now 25 minutes. Workers are sitting around on the phone. There’s all of 3 cars. Sonic shouldn’t take this long for 3 burgers and 3 drinks.

I brought a chilli cheese foot long from here yesterday and it has my stomach in knots idk what those ladies did but I will be in contact with someone pretty soon. That was totally unacceptable would you have have feed that old chilli to a family member? No, And their attitudes need to be looked into as well I will NOT be spending any more money here anymore.

It took a while for someone to come over the intercom. But while I was waiting, I heard a female answer for someone else being rude. Then a young man comes on to take my order, and though he wasn't rude, he was clearly not trained on what deals are or are not app exclusives. Instead of arguing with him, I just left. If they dont want to actually take orders, then they should not working there.
