We’ve been sitting here for 20 minutes waiting on an order we did for pick up that was supposed to be ready 25 minutes ago. People keep coming and going but not us, still sitting here now 25 minutes. Workers are sitting around on the phone. There’s all of 3 cars. Sonic shouldn’t take this long for 3 burgers and 3 drinks.
Slow. Order 3 drinks at 326 and got at 407. If it hadn't been for the fact i order on the app I would have canceled. We even called from our stall at 345 and was told it was headed out now! Stopped a car hop at 400 and finally got our order at 407. Still gave 3 stars because the order was correct.
I don't understand why people can't buy a bag of ice or 2 cups of ice. If people are willing to pay for it shouldn't they be able to buy it. I nor other people that had this problem received an explanation. That's really the only complaint I have ever had. Too bad
