Start with the crab cakes. Then got my favorite fish tacos ever!!! Order them with a side of the grilled veggies! Delicious! Great atmosphere and beautiful dog friendly patio. Lots of local beers to choose from. Excellent service. Drew always takes great care of us! 😊 Get the Key Lime Mousse for dessert!!! 💚 We will be back soon!

Angler’s is our FAVORITE place to eat in Eureka Springs! Kelly is the best server on the planet, make sure you ask for her and tell ‘em Large Marge sent ya. Their catfish is the bomb, they always have heady beers and DO NOT sleep on the fried green tomatoes!

The date is Monday December 30th, 2024 (non-holiday) and the time is 5:50pm.
Their website says they’re open until 8pm on Mondays, but the business is not open. There is no sign to indicate the business would be closed on the physical building (just a blank white paper on door entry) nor announcement on their website.
We are visiting from DFW so this wasn’t a quick neighborhood drive for us since we are traveling.
We would have appreciated some way of knowing that this business would not be open so that our time wouldn’t have been wasted.
I understand things happen and I hope all is well, but proper communication with customers would have been helpful.

Me and my woman were on a getaway trip to Eureka Springs. We stayed in a cabin not too far from this restaurant. The first night we arrived, we figured we would try something local considering it was later in the night and we were kind of tired. We got to Anglers about an hour and a half before they closed yet they were super welcoming and friendly! They checked up on us regularly and joked around a bit which really gave us some comfort considering this was the first place we went to in Eureka :). I unfortunately don’t have any pictures of the seafood but it was SO good. Considering we came close to closing, the food still tasted fresh! We are from Little Rock where the fried seafood can be ok at times, but the catfish and shrimp here? No contest. My woman got the coconut shrimp (which she doesn’t particularly like fried things) but she couldn’t stop talking about how much she loved the shrimp there. I have never done this in my life but I personally asked if I can thank the chef in person because the seafood was bar none as far as the lightly deep fry and the taste. He came out for a bit to listen to me rant about how good of a job he did haha! It was so good that we were willing to go back there instead of trying a new restaurant the next day, but they are closed on certain days out of the week/year so we couldn’t visit them again before we left. If you are in the area and like seafood/fried seafood I would at least give this restaurant a shot. Very good food, not expensive for what you get, and really friendly people. Next time we visit Eureka we are going to make sure they are open so we can drop in! Thanks for reading have a good day!

The employees were all extremely friendly; casual laid back atmosphere. We had catfish and walleye, both excellent. The hush puppies were the perfect balance between sweet and savory, leaning just slightly to the sweet side. Highly recommend the fried okra!
Parking: Medium sized gravel lot; we had no trouble finding a place to park.
