All in all a great place to grab a drink and a bite to eat. We loved the views and that it was so convenient for us.

Exploring the town and enjoyed the nachos and fish and chips on the balcony. Great experience!

Dinner. How disappointing

As always absolutely great service. The food was good but very pricey and I will say if they get rid of the huckleberry pie we will never eat here again because that is what keeps us coming back and paying the god awful prices. The server is fantastic and she ALWAYS makes us feel like we're just eating at a friends house. I wish she worked at every place we eat.

Had lunch with husband. Told would be a 10 minute wait to get seated. No problem. They directed us to wait in a lounge with a tv and games and things to kill time while you waited. First time I’ve ever seen that. We were seated in less than 10 mins. Our waitress was named Christine and she was fantastic. Very personable and hard worker.

Our food was great too. I had the monte cristo and hubby had nachos. Everything was flavorful and fresh. Would definitely visit again.

We ate lunch with our well-behaved puppy Paisley on the balcony, and it was perfect! I ate the Monte Cristo, and it was very good. It was not deep fried, which I liked. I've also had their 1/2# burger, and it is great, too. Our server was very nice and visited our table to refill drinks from time to time. I will definitely be back to try something else on the menu.

45 minutes and no food, gave up. Nice server, but the kitchen was apparently overwhelmed.

Received the wrong drinks and food even after 3 different returns. Luckily management was professional and made it right

The food was decent, and the view was cool. The flaps were shut because it was a little chilly, so no biggie. The automatic gratuity is kind of a disservice to the customer, though. Luckily, the service was good.

Great food at a reasonable price. In a very tourist-y town it is almost a bit of a step away from the chaos. Highly recommend the Monti Cristo.

While it took a second to find out how to enter through the lobby of the hotel, the food and drinks are amazing. I'll be thinking about the chicken mac and cheese for a long time, and the bartender special cocktail was delightful, as were the appetizers and regular menu cocktails. Having non-alcoholic mocktails written on the menu was an unexpected delight as well. Staff was very friendly

Great experience. Our server was friendly, cheerful and helpful. Delicious food. Salad dressings are freshly made. There is a generous drink menu. We ate on the outdoor balcony overlooking the main street. It was a cool day but the balcony was comfortable. 10/10 would recommend.

PROs: Great location. The view is nice. The building is gorgeous. The atrium (waiting lounge) is classy. All restaurants should have an atrium waiting lounge. Love the history of the place! Hostess was friendly.
CONs: No on-site parking, only off street or pay parking. Wait staff was not warm and welcoming, we felt as if we were just a task to check off the list. Heads up! There is a gratuity charge added to the check no matter the party size, supposedly to cover the kitchen staff, the end tip is for the wait staff.

We ordered Razorback Cheesesteak, Sweet Potato Fries & Nachos. My husband mentioned the cheesesteak was tasteless, the worse he's had. And as for my Nachos, it had to be deconstructed to get to the protein at the bottom of the plate. It was missing the sour cream and the cheese was one big blob of cheese gathering the tortilla chips into a ball of mess. The sweet potato fries was the only enjoyable and edible food.
