Waited an hour, THEN when we finally got some attention from a server she leaned over and spilt a glass of water on one of our friends!! We got up and left. Will never return. Terrible service and attitude.

The food was quality and good with generous portions and fairly priced. We had chicken tenders, chicken sandwich, fish, and burger, Our server,Trinity C. was very average, because there is an automatic 18% added to bill. There is no incentive for great service. It was 5:15 on a Thursday, they weren’t that busy, never came by to ask how it was.

We ate there 3 times as hotel guests. Very good food. We had nachos, fish & chops, burgers, can’t remember everything. Service was friendly and efficient. I rated the atmosphere poor because the 2 times we asked to sit outside, we ended up by the very dirty icky big trash cash the staff was scraping food and trash into. For goodnss sake, if it had to be there, buy a clean dark color garbage can. It was unappetizing and disgusting and just a few feet from our table. Practically next to us. Also, it smelled bad. Maybe it should be emptied more often during peak hours,

OMG DO NOT PASS THE SPOT UP!!!! The Huckleberry pie and ice cream is unbelievable!!! The nachos were outer limits!! The fried pickles were some of the best I've ever tasted! The service can't be beat! I will make sure to stop every time I'm in Eureka!

I do not recommend this place. Its overpriced for mediocre food. The Philly was dry, 15 dollars or better per sandwich and then an additional $4 or more if you want a side other than chips. Then they automatically charge u 18% gratuity for very poor service. We waited over 45 min for out food, barley saw our waiter. Waited 20 minutes to get the beer I ordered. They did not earn any gratuity for there horrible service. I do not recommend.

The Balcony restaurant has a lovely view of Eureka Springs as you sit on the balcony and devour it’s fantastic, over stuffed, tasty cheesesteak. Don’t forget that huckleberry fried pie and ice cream for dessert. DELISH. And you’re gonna be walking off those calories in beautiful downtown Eureka Springs anyway 🤣

We were excited to try the first Eureka Springs restaurant of our trip. Unfortunately, the Balcony did not live up to expectations. The ambiance of the balcony seating was nice, especially with the live music.

Our server was nice, although we found it a bit ridiculous that they add an 18% service charge on your bill and expect you to tip your server as normal on top of that.

We found the food to be a bit disappointing. No complaints about the pickle fries, they were delicious and crispy. However, we both ordered the cheesesteak for our entrees and did not enjoy it. The meat was incredibly dry and was not saved with the addition of the mayo packets they served us on the side. Overall, we would not return but it was something different to try.

Always a go-to place for my wife and I! We are locals and we love acting like tourists while we are eating at the balcony restaurant

I’m not a hateful person—I’m an optimist by nature—but wow. This place’s food is some of the most unloving and mediocre, even (I hate to be this harsh) downright disgusting food I’ve ever had.

I took my wife on a trip to Eureka Springs, and for our final night we decided to come here. The service was wonderful—every worker was kind and attentive. The cocktails, however, were aggressively watered down. The appetizer, pickle fries, was actually splendid, but the main courses were another story.

I ordered the Razorback cheesesteak with broccoli and cheddar soup, and it was so salty and oily that I literally got sick—I’m not exaggerating, I went home, felt awful, and ended up throwing up. My wife couldn’t finish her meal either because of how overwhelmingly salty it was. For one appetizer, two entrées with sides, and two drinks, our total was $94.

I’ve never considered leaving a review before, but after coming home and telling myself, “It’s whatever, I’ll just forget it,” I threw up over the patio and realized I never want someone else to go through this.

One of the servers even mentioned that the fish and chips are bought frozen and then deep-fried. That should have been my warning sign.

So here’s my honest advice: if you’re looking for a fun dining experience to spoil someone you love, this is not the place. Do not order the cheesesteak or the broccoli and cheddar soup. This is not fine dining—it’s cafeteria food with a nice view.

Sat outdoors, despite being busy service was fast. Food was solid, nothing to complain about but also nothing to write home about. Local artist was great entertainment.

Zero stars. Second visit in a year. We visited over Memorial Day and figured we’d give this place a second shot on Labor Day. On both occasions we were seated & left hungry and unserved after wasting an hour at this establishment. Will not return.

Amazing food! We had such a good experience here over labor day weekend! My favorite part? There was no up charge for their gluten free bun. I repeat $00.00 up charge on the gluten free substitute. And such good food.
