The best lasagna I’ve ever eaten!!!! And if you are super hungry add a hamburger patty to the maple bacon grilled cheese. I promise it’s amazing.

It’s always the unexpected moments that leave the biggest impressions!

We’re constantly amazed by how we stumble upon the most incredible people and the most unique food when we least expect it — just like today in the charming town of Eureka Springs.

Bombadil’s completely won us over — the vibe, the flavors, and Kristen & Lily! 💛

Sometimes the best finds are the ones you don’t plan at all.

We are not exaggerating when we say we haven't tasted unique freshness like this in a LONG time!

Do not hesitate to grab some goodness here!

Delicious food that is made from locally sourced organic ingredients. You can't ask for much better food, especially at their very reasonable prices and considering the quality of the ingredients they utilize. The owners are amazing as well. Very friendly people, and if a mistake is made they go above and beyond to rectify it. The seafood pontchartrain, ribeye sandwich and truffle fries are amazing.

I wish Tolkien could try this food. The grilled cheese and crispy chicken burger were perfect. Fries were exceptional. Will go out of my way to have this again! Such a wonderful stop for lunch!

Tried twice. Underwhelmed first time but local and wanted to give it another go in case of off day. Both times ordered Maple Bacon Grilled Cheese with Truffle Fries. Both times costs ~$28, steep for a grilled cheese but I’d pay it for excellence. However, both times ONE piece of bacon on the sandwich. Both times my sandwich was largely empty bread—one slice of bacon that doesn’t even span length, no cheese on the ends, also a bit wet, not crisp. Not again.

My wife and I traveled to Eureka Springs as she was teaching at ESSA. This was my first time getting to go with her, and she shared with me that there was an amazing food truck I needed to try, Bombadil's.
Being a bit of a LOTR nerd, I immediately keyed in on the name, and yes it's connected. Their food and service lives up to the name. The selection is not what I would have expected but their farm to table creations were absolutely amazing. So much so, we had 3 of our meals there. Everything I tried was absolutely amazing, but I especially enjoyed their sliders. They had options to cover any dietary restrictions, so the menu was welcoming to everyone.
Don't expect a fancy setting as it's on the side of the road, but it suits it. Being next to the woods with a bit of music playing in the background was a nice way to spend our dinners.

Just ate here for lunch, and it honestly wasn’t great. I’m not usually one to leave reviews but for what we payed vs what we got.. The fries were so thin and cold they honestly reminded me of the snack Potato Stix. We got 2 sandwiches for $50 (no drinks/dessert) and the sandwich was okay, but very hard to eat. Gourmet prices should include gourmet food! The lady who helped us was very kind, and it also looked very clean though.

I do appreciate locally sourced ingredients and the food was well thought out, but we spent $50 for 2 sandwiches with no drinks. The minimum tip requested was 18% for window service and my ribeye grilled cheese had maybe 2oz of chewy meat. The staff were friendly and it does look clean in there. I’m a local but I have an obligation to be honest.

Everything I've had here has been top notch. The mushroom sliders are my favorite and I tell everyone I know to try them. They have some great vegan options, the Mac n cheese is almost as good as real dairy and honestly, if I didn't know it was vegan, I probably wouldn't be able to tell. They're always so nice too!
