A classic staple of Eureka Springs dining. Don't go without an order of the industrial nachos and the large pulled pork sandwich. Try all the sauces. Have a couple beers. Omg you can't go wrong here, the wait staff are all just top notch people, the food is unbeatable, and the feeling of a completely stuffed gut of smoked brisket, pork tamales, and delicious desserts makes for a great time.

The decor is fun and homey. Feels more like your visiting Uncle Bubba than in a restaurant.

Ordered the 1/2 rib plate. Why did they change how the make the ribs? They were so damn good and now they have WAY too much dry rub on them and they are tough!! I have been eating at Bubbas for 20 years and sad to say i wont ever be ordering ribs again. So dissapointed!! Oh yeah make sure you check your to go box for bbq sauce was assured it was in the box asked for an extra so glad i did because there was none in to go box. Damn i miss Bob.

The brisket sandwich was fantastic. I added a bit of bbq sauce, and it was perfection! The pulled pork was juicy and very flavorful. I had to order the banana pudding just to see what all the buzz was about. WOW it was fantastic! I plan to go back specifically for the banana pudding.
I went in there today and I ordered the rib sandwich and I tell you what I don't like coleslaw but theirs is phenomenal the customer service in itself is awesome I highly recommended my boys loved it

Ribs were good. Chicken was bland, had no flavor/seasoning at all. Coleslaw was extremely salty.
