Bubba’s is a regular stop when dining out. The pulled pork is a family favorite. The fries are the best in town. Their burgers are fantastic and if you’re vegetarian they have options too. I’ve been coming here since they first opened way back when and even under new ownership you still feel like you’re stepping back in time. All the locals are in the know, but don’t miss it if you’re visiting from out of town and maybe strike up a great conversation with one of the many locals you will see there.

We drove from Rogers to have lunch. Some of the best BBQ ever! I had a brisket sandwich, fries and coleslaw. The fries are homemade, the coleslaw was as good and Gramma’s and the brisket took me back to my Texas childhood. My friend was equally impressed with his meal. Sorry, no room for the ‘Nanner Pudding..maybe next time! Our server was kind and efficient; a great combo.

From the sweet tea to the sauces, Bubba's is always spot on. Amazing pulled pork, best potato salad ever and service is second to none. Ut it feels like your on the back porch with family. Our favorite BBQ anywhere and our favorite Eureka Springs restaurant.

I have celiac disease and the only treatment is to eat gluten free ALL THE TIME. Going out to eat is a scary thing because a food can be gluten free all day long but if you cross contaminate it in the kitchen with gluten I will become seriously ill. So finding a restaurant with A. Great tasting food B. More than one gluten free option and C. This is most important.. having everyone from hostess to server, to cook, and beyond take cross contamination seriously and strive diligently to contain it so I can have a delicious SAFE meal is imperative. Bubba’s BBQ does all three perfectly! I’ve eaten here many many times and have never gotten sick. The food is delicious and SAFE for those who must avoid gluten, the atmosphere is funky and fun and the servers are amazing. And there is plenty of gluten filled entrees to choose from as well! The owner grew up here and is always striving to make Bubba’s better and better. This year he has added separate gluten free AND vegan menus! I love Bubba’s. It’s a Eureka institution and well worth a visit!

Thank goodness Bubba's will reopen soon! It is one of my go to spots when I am in Eureka Springs! Originally for the BBQ (and loaded fried) but my diet has changed and they have several veggie options that are always good. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Atmosphere is lively and good spot to watch the game.
Bubba’s BBQ has excellent barbecue and amazing homemade banana pudding. The waitstaff are incredibly friendly, and the service makes you feel right at home. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.
