I went in there today and I ordered the rib sandwich and I tell you what I don't like coleslaw but theirs is phenomenal the customer service in itself is awesome I highly recommended my boys loved it

So good!! Great service and lots of food for the price. Haven’t ever been disappointed with anything I’ve ordered. Do yourself a favor, save some room for dessert, and try the banana pudding!! This is where we always take our out of town guests and they always rave too.

The chili has beans but it is excellent, mac and cheese was also good, definite jalapeño flavor. Staff was very nice and helpful. Highly recommended

I had a pork sandwich, wife had the beef brisket plate. The wife's beef brisket was the same pork that I had on my sandwich. We questioned our waitress who came back to the table with a "brisket sample" that she didn't offer for a taste test. First of all beef brisket is never shredded like pork shoulder. It doesn't look like pork shoulder, or taste like pork shoulder, and is almost always cut into 1/2" wide strips approx. 6" in length. Crisp on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. Pork shoulder by its nature is shredded and usually offered for BBQ pork sandwiches. You may be able to fool some diners but not us. IT WAS NOT BEEF BRISKET!

I got a shoulder pork sandwich and it was just ok. Was put in a regular hamburger bun and was kinda small. The cheese fries were not good at all. They had no flavor. My hubs got the smoked chicken ciabatta sandwich he said it was not bad the chicken was nicely smoked. The coleslaw was just ok but kind of salty. The prices are high for what you get. It’s definitely a fast food place that you have to tip at. We got the food in a matter of a couple minutes. Not sure if that’s a good or bad thing especially since you have to tip. I wouldn’t ever go back.

The best thing was the iced tea. The chicken was so dry it was inedible. Fries were soggy. Coleslaw was really bad. I hope it was on off night for them.

We enjoyed a late lunch/early dinner at Bubba's BBQ after the tram tour of Eureka Springs (just down the street). The sampler platter of pulled pork, BBQ chicken, ribs and brisket were amazing, the baked beans delicious and slaw great too! The lemon meringue and key lime pie were a wonderful end to a fantastic meal. The atmosphere was fun and the service attentive, interactive and excellent.
