We heard about this place and wanted to try it. Was not impressed, the staff was super friendly but that’s about it. The bbq was very dry and had tasted almost like it was liquid smoke and cooked in the oven not a pit. The coleslaw didn’t taste nothing like coleslaw and was not soggy like coleslaw. Way over priced! We sat outside but had the smell of sewage on and off while we ate. We were very disappointment. My husband took 2 bites of his sandwich and couldn’t eat anymore. We are from Oklahoma, maybe it’s normal BBQ for Arkansas, but I hope not.

We took a day on Motorcycles and stopped in I had eaten there before20 years ago! It was just as good as I remembered there were 5 of us and we all got something different everything was excellent highly recommended. We will be back again. Be sure to try the Banana pudding!!!

We were only in Eureka Springs for six days but we kept coming back to Bubba's because it was so good! The meats are fabulous, as is the okra, the mac and cheese, the baked beans, the cole slaw and potato salad. Everything rocks! Go there, you won't be disappointed! You will just be full. And the waitstaff is just excellent too!

Amazing food, great patio, and very friendly staff! I got the Combination platter with Chicken which comes with Ribs, 1/4 Chicken, Brisket, and Pork plus two sides. The ribs and chicken are smoky and soo tender! Highly recommend if you love supporting small businesses & eating top notch BBQ.🐷🍻🏈
Do not order the bbq nachos or the pork. . That was about the worst meal I ever had . Had zero flavor I mean zero . The pork looked gross I only took about 3 bites and pushed it away and sure enough I had terrible stomach pains and problems all night ,and now still the next morning. . Only 2 tables and we also could not get a refill until long after we were finished and ready to pay . Wow, could not get any worse . We are suppose to be leaving out today and making a very long drive . Thanks for the 45 dollar food poisoning

Best BBQ I've had in years! I had the pulled pork sandwich and fries. Alyssa was my server and she was awesome. Ill definitely stop here again the next time I'm in Eureka Springs.
