Bubba’s is a regular stop when dining out. The pulled pork is a family favorite. The fries are the best in town. Their burgers are fantastic and if you’re vegetarian they have options too. We drove from Rogers to have lunch. Some of the best BBQ ever! I had a brisket sandwich, fries and coleslaw. The fries are homemade, the coleslaw was as good and Gramma’s and the brisket took me back to my Texas childhood. My friend was equally impressed with his meal. Sorry, no room for the ‘Nanner Pudding..maybe next time! Our server was kind and efficient; a great combo.
From the sweet tea to the sauces, Bubba's is always spot on. Amazing pulled pork, best potato salad ever and service is second to none. Ut it feels like your on the back porch with family. Our favorite BBQ anywhere and our favorite Eureka Springs restaurant.
