Great breakfast buffet, excellent friendly servers.
I've seen this dining room in many states of dress and undress, parties, brunch, business meetings, and friendly gatherings. At no point have I ever looked around and this room and been disappointed. The service, the magic, the care that the staff always puts into even their longest days. This will always be my favorite place to enjoy a quiet breakfast, filled with fond memories. I love this place dearly.
My husband and I were fortunate enough to experience the Christmas Day Buffet here. The dining room was decorated beautifully and the staff was friendly and pleasant.
The food was very good and everything was cooked perfectly. The menu catered to every appetite and did not disappointment, even though the price was a bit pricey. The only mention that I have is that the desserts appeared to be and tasted as though they were not made in their kitchen.
Thank you for making this a memorable Christmas.
Truly amazing both days I had breakfast! A+ service, beautiful atmosphere, and great food.

Enjoyed a scrumptious breakfast here with the Plein Air Painters of Eureka Springs. Fine dining in the Ozarks.

The restaurant was a nice small place, however their pizza is huge and they dont sell smaller size or portions. You have to buy the entire 16” pizza. The staff were friendly. The price of the pizza was ok, but you have to pay a mandatory %18 gratuity. Apparently paying for their staff is not their responsibility and is the customer’s, so to be able to pay their staff a fair rate they charge you. I didnt know tipping was mandatory but here we go. To really rub it in your face, when they give you the receipt, there is a place to write how much extra you want to tip. I’m not recommending this place.

Highly recommend visiting the Crescent for their breakfast buffet. It is open to the public and a fun, relaxing way to experience the hospitality of this historic hotel. We were seated by a window and enjoyed the fall colors. Great selection of food and great service. The made-to-order omelet bar was delicious and had a good selection of toppings, including fresh pico de gallo. Our waitress brought us a small to-go box so we could take muffins with us to eat on the hotel’s back porch.
The hotel is open for free self-guided tours and has several hiking trails that are open to the public as well.

We make it a point to go often as locals that have many options we got tired of, and Crescent's Crystal Dining Room is really the best breakfast. They have a buffet that is always fresh. We love it and tell everyone about it as much as it comes up.

My mom and I stopped in for cocktail hour. The dining room is original to the 1886 hotel, and has a beautiful view overlooking the hill below. Amanda was our server and she truly went above and beyond making us feel so welcome and making recommendations of things to do around town. We would absolutely recommend her and the Crystal Dining Room to anyone staying in Eureka Springs.

I was treated to a Birthday Breakfast by a couple of my friends - it was served hot, fresh, and was delicious! I think what I had was called something like the "Farmer's Special" or similar. I will certainly return here next time I'm in the area!

I hate to write this because we love this hotel. But I feel like the jazz brunch was very poorly planned. Typically, brunch there is fantastic. Jazz brunch, not so much the buffet, was very limited. The only breakfast item they had was an omelet station. No eggs, potatoes, biscuits, gravy, etc. Instead, they had red beans and rice, andouille sausage, cousin, and prime rib. This was weird because given the price was 40 bucks vs 25, my group was expecting something similar to their brush offering as we had at Christmas time, plus additional jazz brunch-ish items. This was not the case, and we were left disappointed.

Food was good but not happy about tip being added and the server not getting it all.
