The guy who served us was kind. Everything tasted delicious. I had sea salted caramel ice cream and triple chocolate ice cream, sea salt caramel chocalates and a cookies n cream macaron. Everything was fresh and flavorful.

For a shop that sells sweets, I was surprised at how rude the guys at the counter were.

We just stopped in for some ice cream. Being from Texas we noticed the Blue Bell sign. This is a great little ice cream shop. They also have baked goods and fudge. The pictures of the "real" food look amazing. We need to come back. Super nice people.

Prices were a bit outrageous compared to the macaron place right down the street.

This is the MOST #AutismFriendly place we have been in a while. Heidi was so kind and empathetic with Connor. This has become one of his fave places. Worth the 1 hour drive!

Stopped by on a Monday for a late lunch 2-3 pm, and got some pastries, macrons, and cake with 2 hot sandwhiches. What I want to rave about is the chai latte! 20 oz went down in what seemed like one swallow. So good. Wanted to try their lemonade but I was on my way to get some ice cream at a coffee shop (advertised as artisanal), so I for went the lemonade. They were out of taco chili our loss. The pastries were pretty good (I ate mine cold but if you warm 'em up for 45-1min they'd be yummy).

We came into Ellen's looking for ice cream to cool us of because it was so oppressively hot outside. Seeing that she had coffee ice cream we asked if they could make a "coffee espresso milkshake" . They said that was sure enough easy to make. It was PHENOMENAL! we had several during our stay in Eureka Springs. It was certainly worth waiting for! She also makes all the sweets in the shop as well as the caramel that she uses for her apples! I highly recommend this wonderful little shop, all of the sweets, but more especially the Coffee Espresso Milkshake!

Super good sweets and treats! Very nice people work here. The lady who makes the drinks ALWAYS makes sure you like it and that it is strong enough. Got the best Iced Chai Tea ever at this place. Looked like straight up milk, but it was super powerful. Yummy place!
I'm not saying they got their cupcakes from Sam's, BUT the cupcakes in the case look EXACTLY like sams fancy cupcakes EXACTLY. We got macrons (not fresh) and a carrot cake cookie which was good. Guy behind the counter very nice. Food not worth the price when there are so many other places to choose from in eureka. I would not stop here again

Best bakery we have ever visited. My granddaughter loves macaroons. They had several beautiful flavors. We also tried the pecan pie and coconut cake which he got from the freezer for us since they had nothing on the floor with coconut and it is my husband's favorite. everything we trued made us want more. Most accommodating host it was the husband of the baker. Please don't miss out.

First, I want to say that, after reading the reviews, I noticed a pattern - two years ago, the reviews were terrible ("tasted old, hard pastries, rude service, etc"). What was happening two years ago? Obviously, our country was coming out of the COVID-19 scare. I imagine trying to get it "just right" on how much food to prepare was a challenge - people frequenting snack shops were in two camps - afraid to go in with a crowd, and not afraid to go in with a crowd. Since the shop sells food, I "get it" that they wanted to protect staff and food. They also may have been short-handed due to COVID. Maybe the owners at the time were in over their heads. Who knows!?So, any-hoo, the great reviews outweigh the bad by a great number. There ARE going to be bad days everywhere. It's still worth trying again. If you're unhappy with the product or service, speak nicely to the management, and I'm sure they will rectify the situation.Delicious concoctions to eat and drink, perfect for a stroll through a Victorian town - at least now there's refrigeration! The personal touch service is wonderful in this day and age!
