My fiance and I came here for dinner and we had such a wonderful experience. Our server, Phillipe (Felipe? Probably spelling it wrong, sorry lol) was one of the best servers we've ever had! So friendly and helpful, and even brought us a complimentary chocolate martini espresso (yum). The salmon was fantastic and the penne pasta with gorgonzola cheese sauce was delicious as well. One of the best dining experiences I've had, worth the long wait!! They have a lounge upstairs where you can play games and grab a drink while you wait, also very nice staff and bartender.

We have been coming here since the 90's, and it never gets boring. The all-homemade Italian food is to die for. Homemade pasta, sausage/meatballs, sauces. From appetizer to dessert, you can't go wrong. They start off with homemade bread with butter and a bowl full of roasted garlic...?I love the Italian sausage with red sauce over pasta-- spaghetti to Fettucini to gnocchi to 3-cheese tortellini, and everything in between, whatever your choice. Stuffed mushrooms or gorgonzola cheese rounds for appetizer are great. Salad dressings--'Too Blue For You', House Italian--are all homemade. If you like Blue Cheese dressing, theirs is unbelievable. Desserts are all homemade--Italian Wedding Cake, Tiramisu, Cannoli, Key Lime Pie to die for. You can't go wrong on anything this restaurant serves. Family recipes came from Northern Italy ?? ♥️ they know how to do it right ✅️ ? ?.

Excellent Italian in a quaint setting.The service was impeccable. Appetizer of stuffed mushrooms was memorable. I had olive oil and garlic over spinach fettuccine. The pasta was homemade and excellent- perfect “al dente.”Plenty of bread- and they provide garlic cloves so you can make your own garlic butter.Highly recommend!

Ermilio's was recommended to us by a friend as "the best restaurant I have ever been to"! This meant we HAD to try it when we recently visited Eureka springs. We arrived around 4:45 on a Thursday evening. By 5:30, the place was packed and there was a wait. We were greeted by a lovely server who explained the menu and the daily specials to us. We were brought out bread with roasted garlic. The garlic was roasted just perfect. For an appetizer, we got the stuffed mushrooms. They were delicious! For our dinner, my husband got the lasagna that was on special and I got the gnocchi with Italian sausage and red sauce. It was all delicious and more food than we could eat. Our entrees also came with a salad. We both got the homemade pesto vinaigrette! Our experience was wonderful. Our server was attentive and very helpful. We would absolutely go back if we are ever in Eureka springs again.

Incredible!!! So worth the wait! I happened toGo on a day where I was first in line, but even if there’s a line, it’s so worth it! Food is incredible. Literally everything is perfection! Our server, from Nebraska was incredible! Highly recommend! The best Italian restaurant I have ever been to in the USA. ❤️
This little Italian restaurant surprised me and my wife with amazing food! We had the stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer, and those were to absolutely die for. My wife had the Tuscan chicken pasta with spinach and artichoke hearts 6/5 stars! I had the chicken parmesean 5/5 stars! If you like nice homemade Italian you will definitely love this little place.
