I hate to post this review, but I’m genuinely upset with how management handled the power outage two weekends ago and feel the need to share my experience. During a girls’ weekend trip to Eureka Springs, I booked two tickets online for the Eureka Live drag show on a Saturday night. Unfortunately, the building experienced a power outage right as the show was about to start. The drag performers, despite having no lighting or sound equipment—just flashlights, candles, and phone speakers with their own playlists—still tried their best to put on an amazing performance for the audience. When I went to check in for the makeshift show, the older woman at the booth told me I needed to show an ID to prove I was over 21. Nowhere on their website or inside the venue does it state anything about an age restriction. I was denied entry after waiting nearly three hours in the pouring rain. It would be one thing if this were a misunderstanding on my part, but it wasn’t. I planned my entire day in Eureka around this drag show, waited in the rain for hours after the original start time, and spent $90 on tickets—for a show that never actually happened and one I wasn’t even allowed to attend. The ticket booth attendant assured me that management would reach out regarding a refund and that I should expect it within 3–5 business days. That refund never came. I believe it’s incredibly misleading and unfair to not list your policies—especially age restrictions—anywhere online, and then enforce them with no warning and a no-refund policy. It feels very scammy and disappointing, especially given the circumstances.

I feel VERY at home here! There is no other place that makes me feel more welcomed than Eureka Live!! The entertainment is unmatched anywhere in else Arkansas!! I traveled 4 hours just to experience this place and will continue to do so! This place is my family for life!!
